Our team works tirelessly to solve the problem of HWC.

We are attempting to honor the warriors on both sides of the conflict: the lion warriors and the Maasai warriors, by creating a peaceful resolution for both. With the human population increasing, there is more pressure on wildlife because of habitat loss and the availability and ease of catching livestock in a boma. As a result, lion populations have plummeted in the last 20 years. By installing our lights, we are allowing the predators to multiply once again, safe from spears and poison.
